I truly enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated with traditional Austrian light wood and had a cozy fireplace where I could relax and unwind. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathrooms that provided all the amenities I needed. Additionally, the free parking made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding area.

If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be for the staff to be more attentive and understanding of senior guests. Sometimes, the language barrier made it difficult to communicate my needs effectively with the young staff members.

all very busy, small but fine wellness area with pool and saunas, all very clean. the rooms are very clean and rustically furnished. breakfast fulfilled every wish and was very varied.

unfortunately i think it's a bit of a pity that nobody told us where the breakfast takes place, from when to when and where the wellness area is etc. hotel is very large and it takes time to find the premises one is addicted to! :-)

Staff slightly overburdened and partly speaks very bad German. Dinner unfortunately from the buffet. Nothing special at breakfast. Furnishings and style outdated but clean.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the spacious and up-to-date rooms, clean and relaxing spa and swimming pool, and the variety of tasty and nicely presented food options at the buffet. The friendly staff, clean sauna and spa area, and great bar in the lobby were also highlights.

Excellent experience at Cesta Grand Aktivhotel & Spa. We were blown away by the beautiful and stylish room, complete with all the amenities we needed. The spa area was a true oasis of relaxation, with a big swimming pool and multiple saunas. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the dinner in the restaurant was top-notch. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a week of rest and relaxation.

Parking was free and we could also rent bikes for free, including e-bikes, which was great for exploring the scenic 3km walk to the town center. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices, including homemade jams and croissants, and bubbly drinks. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a tennis court and a swimming pool. The room was quiet, the bathroom clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything is what we need and want.

The staff, from reception to room service, were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. The amenities provided, such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, added to the enhanced comfort of our stay. The on-site spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a range of treatments and facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, and quality services.

Everything fits, from equipment and staff to food, pool and WLAN. Large, bright, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and courteous waiters, very good food, large, clean pool. There is a cross-country ski run right in front of the door. We'll be happy to come back.

Room okay. Breakfast buffet ok. Evening buffet extraordinary, very varied, interesting and something for every palate.

One could work on the friendliness of the two gentlemen at the bar in the foyer. Rather arrogant, detached and distant. All other staff was very friendly!

Hiking trails lead to river dips, impressive wellness area, unforgettable culinary experience, spacious indoor pool, perfect for unwinding with wine and brandy, outdoor activities and concerts add to mountain charm.

Just loved everything, no complaints at all.
